The Alcoa City Schools annually submits the Tennessee Comprehensive Systemwide Planning Process (TCSPP) plan to the State Department of Education. This plan is primarily an academic one, addressing accomplishments and needs related to teaching and learning in our three schools. It complements the three School Improvement Plans that are produced and submitted by each of our schools.
