SCHOOL ACCIDENT INSURANCE
Accident insurance is available to students at a nominal charge. Insurance forms explaining the different types of coverage will be sent home early in the school year. All students must provide proof of accident insurance coverage in a family policy or school policy. Students transferring to Alcoa Elementary after the opening of school may also secure the student accident insurance by making application at the time of registration. Students participating in field day or any other school-related extra curricular activity must present proof of hospitalization through the school policy or family policy before participation will be allowed.
