So that Alcoa students and families may travel to support the Alcoa High School football team in the upcoming State Football Championship Game, Alcoa City Schools will be closed on Friday, Dec. 1st. Click for contest information.

There will be no school for students on Tuesday, November 7th as Alcoa City Schools will be conducting Professional Development Day. Teachers will report to schools at regular times.

Join us on Halloween night from 5:30-7 p.m., as our students and athletes present our annual Trunk or Treat on the campus of Alcoa High School. This will be a fun, safe environment for your kiddos to get candy from their fellow tornadoes

From Director Stone: The Alcoa Fire Department found there was a small fire in the locker room in the basement of the middle school. The only damage was a washing machine.
