- Covid testing will be available, within each school clinic, to symptomatic staff and students, with prior parent/guardian approval, and/or in the event of an exposure to a positive case in order to leave quarantine early (based on current TDH guidance).
- Parents/guardians are encouraged to monitor student health and wellness and keep students at home if they display any symptoms, including temperatures at or above 100.4℉. Students with temperatures at or above 100.4℉ will be isolated, and parents/guardians will be notified and required to pick up students.
- Hand sanitizer will be available in classrooms and common areas.
- Masks are encouraged for all staff members and are recommended but not required for students.
- Teachers and staff will encourage good hygiene, including hand washing before and after classes/activities.
- Students and staff are encouraged to stay home if feeling sick or running a fever.
- Until new guidance is received from the CDC, water fountains will remain closed and students will be encouraged to use personal water bottles at water filling stations.
- Field trips are reviewed and will be approved by the Director of Schools on a case by case basis.
