Schedule Changes

As school reopens for the 21-22 school year, Alcoa City Schools will follow a staggered start schedule consisting of student attendance organized by the first letter of the last name:
 
Wednesday, July 21st - A-F
Thursday, July 22nd - G-M
Friday, July 23rd - N-Z 
 
Also, we will have three half days for students for the first semester.  We will adjust lunch schedules on these days and dismiss right after students are fed lunch.  These days will be used for professional development for our staff.  The dates for these half-day PD days are as follows:
 
August 18 - half day 
September 15 - half day
October 20 - half day
